Los Angeles volunteer BookPALS bring their talents everywhere they travel.

Our own Tim Judd is in Texas. Adam Schomer is in India and Keith Day is traveling in Hondurus.

Tim Judd is a human test subject for NASA, he has a 114 day contract. By observing peoples' responses to bed rest, researchers hope to "develop and test treatments to counteract the effects," of space flight. Tim is one of the almost 60 people to participate in the Bed Rest Project.

Seargent Keith Day is in Honduras, on a Humanitarian Exercise with the Marines. The children wanted him to read to them in English and Spanish but when they couldn't find a book, he started reading an exerpt from "Traveling Music" by Neil Peart.

Adam Schomer the author of Becka and the Bubble is in India.
He is part of the Children of Rishikesh foundation. A foundation that helps build schools in India. Pictures are on their way of Adam's trip. www.childrenofrishikesh.com
