Homeless shelter reads continue at four shelters around the Bay, and Committee Chair Mary Mackey continues to make it work! This summer BookPALS was able to donate several boxes of new and gently used books to the shelters to continue to establish their libraries as well as provide books for the youngsters there to keep! If you are interested in reading at a family homeless shelter once a month, contact Mary Mackey at 415 221-2970 for the schedule. >>
